Instructions

  • Whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, and salt in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Melt butter in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour in about 1/4 cup of the batter and swirl it around to coat the bottom evenly.
  • Cook for 2 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown and the top appears set.
  • With a spatula, flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
  • Continue with the rest of the batter, stacking the crepes on a plate as you go.
  • Serve the crepes with raspberries and honey drizzled on top.
