Instructions

  • Whisk together the flour and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir in the milk and water gradually to combine.
  • Whisk in the salt and melted butter until the batter is smooth.
  • Over medium-high heat, heat a lightly oiled nonstick frying pan.
  • Pour or scoop the batter into the pan, about 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  • Tilt the pan in a circular motion to evenly coat the surface with batter.
  • Cook for 2 minutes, or until the bottom is light brown.
  • Cook until the pancake is light brown on the other side.
  • Repeat with the rest of the batter, adding more oil as necessary.
  • Serve the crepes with raspberries, blueberries, and honey drizzled on top.
