- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and melted butter until smooth.
- Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- When the skillet is hot, add a ladleful of batter and swirl the skillet to evenly distribute the batter.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges of the pancake begin to brown and the top appears set.
- Cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the other side is lightly browned, before flipping the pancake.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter.
- To make the sweet whipped cream, whisk together the heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.
- To make the chocolate sauce, in a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips and unsalted butter.
- Stir the mixture until the chocolate and butter have melted and it is smooth.
- Place a crepe on a plate, spread a dollop of sweet whipped cream on top, and fold the crepe in half.
- Immediately drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve.
