Cherry Crepes with Jam Recipe

Instructions

  • Whisk together the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter in a separate bowl.
  • Whisk the egg mixture into the flour mixture until smooth.
  • Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour in a ladle of batter and tilt the pan to spread it out into a thin layer.
  • Cook until the bottom of the pancake is lightly browned, then flip and cook until the other side is lightly browned as well.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter to make another pancake.
  • Spread one half of each pancake with cherry jam and fold it in half.
  • Repeat with the remaining crepes.
  • Serve immediately topped with whipped cream.
