Instructions

  • Whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk in the milk and eggs gradually until the batter is smooth.
  • Incorporate the melted butter.
  • Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and swirl it around to coat the bottom.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Cook for another 30 seconds on the other side.
  • Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup over each pancake and top with sliced bananas.
