  • Cook Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • Whisk together the flour, salt, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk in the milk, eggs, and melted butter until the batter is smooth.
  • Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup batter into the skillet, swirling it around to coat the bottom.
  • Cook the pancake for 1 minute, or until the edges curl and the bottom is lightly golden.
  • Cook for another 30 seconds on the other side.
  • Make 8-10 crepes with the remaining batter.
  • Warm the applesauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Top the crepes with warm applesauce puree.
