Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  • Brown sugar and vegetable oil should be combined in a small bowl.
  • Place pineapple rounds on grill and brush with brown sugar mixture.
  • Grill each side for 2-3 minutes, or until grill marks appear.
  • Remove the pineapple from the grill and set aside to cool for a few minutes.
  • Place one pancake on a plate and top with a round of grilled pineapple.
  • Garnish with sliced almonds.
  • Fold the pancake in half and then again to make a triangle.
  • Continue with the remaining crepes and pineapple rounds.
  • Serve right away and enjoy.
