  • Cook Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • Whisk together flour, milk, eggs, salt, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Swirl 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet to form a thin layer.
  • Cook until the edges begin to lift and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook for 30 seconds more.
  • Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  • Serve the crepes with berries and whipped cream on top.
