  • Cook Time: 15 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • Combine the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, melted butter, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk until completely smooth.
  • Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Swirl 1/4 cup of the batter in the skillet to coat the bottom.
  • Cook until the edges curl and the surface appears dry.
  • Cook for another 30 seconds on the other side.
  • Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • Scoop some vanilla ice cream onto each pancake and top with toasted pine nuts.
  • Each pancake should be folded in half and then in half again to form a triangle.
  • Serve right away.
