  • Cook for 2 minutes, or until the edges curl and the bottom is golden brown.
  • Cook for another 30 seconds on the other side.
  • Transfer to a plate and continue with the rest of the batter.
  • Top the crepes with goat cheese, arugula, shredded chicken, and chopped walnuts.
  • Serve the crepes tightly rolled.
