  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • Whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a separate mixing bowl.
  • Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture gradually, whisking until smooth.
  • Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet with a ladle and tilt the skillet to evenly distribute the batter.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the crepe's edges begin to lift up.
  • Cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute on the other side.
  • Continue with the rest of the batter, stacking the crepes on a plate as you go.
  • Serve hot with your preferred fillings or toppings.
